Music & Worship

The worship ministry of Hope Bible Church Kelowna exists to help our people experience the sufficiency and express the supremacy of Christ in all things.

Worship is the term we use to cover all the acts of the heart and mind and body that express the infinite worth of God. This general term is made more specific in our “worship services.” We sing songs, bring tithes, hear and obey God’s Word, and reorient our lives based on God’s infinite worth.

Here are a few things you should know before filling out an application form:

• You must be a growing believer in Jesus Christ and Hope Kelowna must be your home church. No exceptions.
• You must be able to take honest feedback during your initial meeting with our leadership.
• We need faithful players and singers who will be willing to play & rehearse at least once a month.
• Though you may be interested in a specific role we ask that you serve the needs of the ministry and trust the direction of our leadership.

Also, please be aware that our current structure includes a 2-hour Saturday night rehearsal for those scheduled, and commitment to serving 7am-12pm Sunday mornings for setup, rehearsal and take-down.
